Tickets are available at the venue (for no extra service charge) every day between 4PM-11PM. We recommend calling the venue office (718-599-5103) between noon-7PM to inquire about ticket availability.
Video and/or audio taping is only permitted with permission from the performers and/or their management
Credit cards are not accepted at the bars, there is an ATM machine located at the entrance
Credit cards are not accepted for ticket purchases at the venue. Tickets can be purchased with credit card by clicking the ticket links on the schedule page.
As of April 2003, by law, smoking is not permitted anywhere within the venue.
NO outside beverages are permitted inside (confiscated beverages will NOT be returned)
NO inside beverages are permitted outside (confiscated beverages will NOT be returned)
Please respect our neighbors and be quiet when exiting/entering
Only authorized persons may enter the main performance space before doors are open to the public
Please limit any unnecessary noise/conversation during quiet performances
No weapons, markers, spray paint are permitted (and may not be returned if confiscated)
Please do not post fliers, handbills, stickers, graffiti, etc.
It is prohibited for any unauthorized person to sit or stand on the stage at anytime
"Scalping" tickets is not permitted
Anyone under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (unless otherwise noted on schedule page)
All bags are subject to search
Show times may vary: ticket refunds will NOT be issued for late performances. You may call the venue office (718-599-5103) between noon-7PM to inquire about set times, however, advised set times are not guaranteed.
Re-entry is permitted for most shows
"Tipping" bartenders for good service is customary

The following will result in immediate ejection (no ticket refund will be issued):

Do not throw bottles or any other object
It is prohibited for minors (those under 21 years of age) to consume or possess any alcoholic beverage
Absolutely NO "stage-diving" or "crowd-surfing"
Unauthorized persons are not allowed on the stage at anytime
